Most people know by now that you can cut the cost of your energy bills by regularly comparing your existing tariff with the rest of the energy market and switching to a cheaper deal. In the past, I tended to compare the prices of dual fuel tariffs. This time I decided to be more thorough and compare the cost of single fuel tariffs to see if I could save even more money by using different suppliers for my gas and electricity.
