There’s a simple, thrifty DIY solution for controlling light coming through awkward-shaped windows: frosted glass window film. It’s easy to apply and because it adheres using static, there’s no sticky residue. We love it.
In part 1 of ‘Dining room to den’ I described how we turned our old dining room into our perfect study / home office by customising an Ikea kitchen worktop and storage units. After the expense of a new kitchen extension, we needed to turn our old dining room into the study of our dreams, on a budget and in a hurry, without compromising on the style and the finish. Simples!
